1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the InstaGapi API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InstaGapi API provides subscription-based programmatic access to publicly available social media metrics and public account data. The Service includes API endpoints for retrieving public user profiles, posts, stories, highlights, reels, comments, locations, and hashtag statistics.

Data source & no affiliation: The Service provides access to publicly available data only. InstaGapi is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram™ is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.; all other product and company names are the trademarks of their respective owners. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with all applicable laws and any third-party platform terms.

3. API Usage

  • You must use a valid API key for all requests.
  • You agree not to exceed your plan's rate limits and request quotas.
  • API keys are personal and must not be shared or published publicly.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key.
  • Automated queries that violate platform terms of service are prohibited.

4. Prohibited Uses

  • Using the Service for spamming, harassment, or any illegal activity.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures.
  • Reselling raw API access without adding substantial value.
  • Collecting private user data without consent.

5. Availability & SLA

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

6. Pricing & Payments

The free Basic plan includes 30 requests per month. Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

7. Refund Policy

Since our Service provides digital API credits, used credits are non-refundable. However, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from your purchased plan. To request a refund, contact us at support@instagapi.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
